DON'T EVER ORDER FROM HERE! They're very unreliable, not responsive to customers and forget about your order. After 1.5hrs of waiting, I called them, said it was on its way....after 2hrs, called again, they said it never went out because they didn't have one thing I ordered and couldn't find my number...and all of their deliver men arrived to work drunk so they didn't have an help. Not my problem, dude! Find a better bagel place than this one! There are plenty.

It's been 2 HOURS since I ordered my food and it still isn't here. Not only that but their phone is off the hook so it's been busy for the past hour I've been calling. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Completely unacceptable. Did I mention I live across the street?

Do NOT order from here! We ordered 2 bagel sandwiches TWO hours ago. It said it would take 30-45 minutes and after calling twice, they said both times, very rudely, that the guy had already left and it would be here soon. When that never happened I called back to cancel since it is almost lunch time and the man was so awful he just said 'call seamless' and hung up on me. Really great customer service! Meanwhile I've been on hold waiting for someone to answer at seamless for 20 minutes. Horrible service! Never again

Horrible. Waited 2 hours for a small order that never arrived. Staff is exceedingly unhelpful and hung up on me every time I called. Do not order from them!!

Zero stars. It's been 90 minutes and still no sign of my food. I'm calling Seamless to cancel the order and I'll send it back if they do show up. Will not order again.

I used to order from this place all of the time and was a long time customer. A while back I called one morning because there seamless was down and explained who I was and asked if I could make an order the man hung up on me. Then I called back thinking maybe it was a mistake, nope he just hung up. He even admitted it and asked me to call back in 20 minutes as they were very busy. BS! You can take customer treatment and loyalty and shove it up your you know where! Don't ever eat here and tell your friends to avoid it as well!

My whitefish salad "platter" was a small blob of whitefish with a solitary lettuce leaf and one anemic slice of tomato. They left out the coleslaw entirely. The hot knish I ordered was packed on top of the black and white cookie, and by the time they delivered, the icing had all melted off into a slimy mess at the bottom of the bag. The "freshly griddled" french toast that was supposed to be 4 slices, according to the menu description, was actually 3 thin slices of rubbery white bread with a sprinkling of powdered sugar. The very basic requests in the write-in boxes, for things like essential condiments, were completely ignored. First and last time customer.

A very bad experience. I waited more than an hour for a small, simple order that was supposed to arrive in thirty to forty-five minutes. I live only a couple blocks away. When I pointed out to the delivery guy that the order had taken over an hour to get here, he shrugged, didn't even say sorry. Finally, the food was bad. The smoothie I ordered was actually undrinkable: It hadn't been blended enough. This is the worst experience I've had through Seamless. Do not go to this restaurant.

DON'T order from this place. They took 1:45 minutes to deliver a bagel and juice. If you want to wait that long for your breakfast, go for it. However, there are way too many bagel places in the city to be subjected to this crap. The food isn't that good anyways.

I called after 1.5 hours (delivery time was estimated 30 - 45 minutes) and was received rudely on the phone with excuses saying it had been a very busy morning and my delivery would arrive in, "20 minutes". 1.5 MORE hours later (3 hours total) the food arrived cold and soggy. I won't be ordering from here again.

I have a hard time rating a restaurant if the food that was ordered never shows up and if the phone is always busy or when it rings, no one picks up when calling to check up on delivery time.

The food came quickly and was good. The only down side was that they ran out of veg soup but they called me immediately and it was easy to get my money back. Overall a good experience.

Really good bagels. Large assortment of cream cheeses. Amazing selection of smoothies. Make your own smoothie, even! I just wish that the store would change its delivery estimate. I live less than two blocks away, and 3--45 min became an hour and a half... tsk tsk.

Unlike other reviewers on here, my order was correct and the food was packaged well (hot and no spills) but it DID take over an hour to arrive.
But the coffee is perfectly acceptable, good bagel and delicious juice.

I love their food! BUT the delivery is terrible. It takes forever and they always mess up my order. I ordered a coke, i got diet coke. I ordered a bagel with lox & cream cheese, I got a bagel with lox flavored cream cheese. I ordered chocolate chip cookies and got macadamia. Better idea to go there and get your order right.

Horrible! First the food took an hour, then the delivery guy gave me someone else's order so I had to wait another 30 minutes for my food, and on top of that the bagels were disgusting.

I will never order from this place again. The last two times I have ordered from Seamless it took them well over an hour for very simple orders. I didn't get the e-mai confirmation for at least 20 minutes. This time, I called to check on the order, was put on hold multiple times, and then the guy just laughed at me and hung up when I asked why my order was taking so long. Unreal.

Unfortunately, this is the only place I can find in the EV that delivers bagel sandwhiches. The food is good, but the service is horrible. Orders consistently come about 15 minutes late. Today the quote time is 30-45 minutes. It's been an hour and I have yet to receive my order. Once I ordered and there was no one to deliver the order. It's very frustrating.

I order from everything bagels about once a week. Granted, I only ever order bagels and coffee/juice, but my orders are always correct and I usually get them faster than the delivery estimate.

HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered a turkey sandwich on a bagel with lettuce, cucumber, onion, and cheddar cheese. It arrived with just turkey and cheese. I called and they said because I hadn't paid for the lettuce they couldn't add it. Not only is there no option to pay for lettuce or cucumber, but I have ordered from them MULTIPLE times doing with just adding lettuce, tomato etc in the instructions box and have never had a problem. Also, had they just called me I would've happily told them to charge me extra, or if not possible, to just cancel my order. They did not offer any apology or any ways to remedy the situation. Will not order from here again.

THE WORST. Live 3 blocks away and took an hour 15 to deliver 2 bagels. Unless you have all day to wait for your food. Skip this place. There are WAY too many bagel places in this city to ever order from here again.

this would get a four star if i didn't order it the second time.... the bagels are great. the problem is the fruit salad and juices. the fruit salad came mushed and smelled funky, some tasted like fish, it was GROSS. i tried four pieces n spit out all of them. the juice tasted fine but it came horizontal (so did the fruit salad), it was leaking everywhere when i take it outta the bag. just a MESS.

HORRIBLE experience today. They first tried to wear out "it's a holiday weekend excuse" which got old the 3rd time I had to call them. I ordered at 11:54 and got my food at 1:43. When it finally arrived, it was food I wouldn't serve to my worst enemies let alone the fact they brought me chicken strips and cold wet, soggy oily fries. I do not eat meat. I ordered the fish and chips. How does this happen and WHERE does the communication break down when they READ MY ORDER IN WRITING???? They were rude and unapologetic. BEWARE AND DO NOT ORDER A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G from this place!!!!

Horrible service! Placed an order for a chicken wrap and coffee at 5:56pm, did not receive it until 7:12pm. Coffee was in the same bag as my wrap, it spilled all over the bag and when I picked the wrap up out of the bag, coffee poured out of the wrap foil. On top of ALL of that, the coffee was ice cold. VERY disappointing.

Not good. Ordered bagels and cream cheese. They forgot the cream cheese so I asked the delivery guy to bring it. Got a call from Everything Bagels- apparently they didn't charge me for it so they wouldnt bring the cream cheese unless I paid in cash.

Not good. I live on St. Marks. I recently tried this place and the food was subpar. The lox I got on my bagel was all sinewy and hard to chew. The bagels were definitely not fresh at 9am on a Saturday. We ordered them toasted and they weren't. My house is like three blocks away and I waited like 45 minutes for two bagels and two coffees and two fresh squeezed OJs. AND the whole thing cost $30. Never again.
